Eric Jorgenson is a quality assurance/quality control manager with Highland Brewing Company in Asheville, North Carolina. He has a B.S. degree in cell and molecular biology from Bucknell University. While new to ASBC membership, he has worked in the brewing industry for five years in both production and QA/QC and specializes in brewing microbiology. |
